Introduction

Flipbase enables your customers to configure and send out one or a set of questions that can be answered in video. Requesting detailed information from someone can be a tedious, impersonal and repetitive task. By adding Flipbase to your feature set you provide your customers the opportunity to circumvent these tasks and prevent all unnecessary live communication, thus saving them a lot of time.

We not only want to make things easier for your customers but also for you. Preferably you want to keep your customers inside your UI, and they do not want to have to use yet another tool. Therefore we believe that seamlessly integrating extra functionality within your own software is a win-win for everyone. That is why we focus on creating API first, white-label, technology. Flipbase is built to be integrated, and sold "as your own".

An important criteria for integrating us is that you create your own feature(s), under your own name, with our technology “under the trunk”. Not only technically, but also commercially. You will remain the only first point of contact for your customers in regards to the feature(s) offered. This includes sales, contract management and support. We will provide you dedicated 2nd line support and if necessary help you out with sales efforts.

Solutions

Our Video Question SDK technology offers you the ability to add one or multiple video recorders to existing forms. This will give your customers the possibility to request answers in video anywhere they see fit. From video motivations in existing application forms, to complete video interviews prior to a face-to-face interview.

Implementation phase

Once you are ready to integrate Flipbase, we will provide you with all necessary information to start the integration process. This includes our dedicated support for a set period (1 or 2 weeks depending on which solution you want implement). During this set period we will create a shared slack channel to be in direct contact with the development professionals on your side. This way we will speed up the integration, answer any questions in realtime and be able to help you wherever we can.
